Additionally, he has performed for and worked with the Diabetes Research Institute, Autism Speaks, the Ronald McDonald House, the Long Island Children's Museum, the Manhattan Children's Museum, XPS, the Riverfund, HASC, and the Worldwide Circus Summit.
Bruce is a graduate of the NY Goofs Ultimate Clown School class of 2007 under the direction of former dean of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College, and was a gag consultant for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in 2017.
Bruce makes rounds in the pediatric unit of an inner city hospital as part of The Dr. Molar Magic Foundation's Clown Rounds, a foundation which he created to teach the importance of good oral hygiene to children through entertainment and The Dr. Molar Magic Show, as well as bring smiles to where they are needed most.
